Join us for a deep dive into osteopathically inspired self care where we heal and learn in resonant connection with our bodies, one another, and the natural world.

Let’s join together on the path to embodiment, wellness, and a joyful celebration of Health.

Our shared purpose is to exist as resonant, integrated, fluid beings in connection with ourselves, one another and the planet. We’re here on this planet to cultivate powerful resilience and inspiration so that we can serve the world in a way that feeds our bodies, and our souls.

Imagine a gentle, collective dance, where presence, breath, and fluid movement are guided by the wisdom of your body and the shared space.

Together, we'll immerse in the nurturing embrace of the foundational principles of osteopathy along with wisdom from many ancient systems of healing. Through each breath, each spiral, and each shift, we'll ignite the pathways within us that connect us to the wisdom of our bodies and the potency and intelligence of the natural world.

Self care is an invitation, not an obligation. Flow is a way of being, of receiving nourishment in each moment. Together we'll gently unravel our “stuck” places, and remember who we really are . . . the embodiment of grace, vitality, and flow.

What is genuinely special about this experience? Together we will...

Harness the power of resonant connection to strengthen our physiology

Heal and learn simultaneously, as nature intended

Tone and strengthen our bodies with ease and enjoyment

Build coherence in each moment, even during slides & academic topics

Build “fitness" for remaining coherent and connected to our hearts

Rekindle the skill of tracking subtle changes in our bodies and in shared space

Strengthen our nervous systems and expand your capacity to serve in balance

“No pattern is too large or complex to be solved by the combination of nature and osteopathy."
— Michelle Veneziano, DO

We are born inspired, creative, and wired for healing and service. Osteopathy and nature have shown me that caring for ourselves meaningfully is as simple and pleasurable as returning to our native ways and that we’re already experts.

In my 21 years as an osteopathic medical doctor in the US, I have successfully supported thousands of colleagues and patients to deeply transform their health and lives through the content of this training.

I guide from experience! I have healed multiple physical and emotional injuries and long-lasting struggles with fatigue, sleep, and chemical sensitivity. I also have rekindled passion, purpose, and deep fulfillment in life, as have many in our community.

“. . . when the crowded refugee boats meet with storms or pirates, if everyone panicked, all would be lost. But, if even one person stayed calm, it was enough.”
- Thich Nhat Hanh

These perilous times call for the wisdom of osteopathy, and the renewal and rediscovery of healing as nature intended.

Through aligning with nature and sourcing osteopathic wisdom, it is possible to maintain a full life AND:

We offer you the missing piece of your healing journey through the osteopathic approach.

Many healing practices like yoga, qigong, and meditation are wonderfully supportive. The osteopathic approach responds to specific physical and behavioral patterns that did not exist when these ancient practices were developed.

Osteopathic wisdom offers a missing piece on the roadmap back to our true selves, and the potency and intelligence that resides within each and every one of us.

This is for you if . . .

This is not for you if . . .

We'd love you to join us as we collectively return to radiant vitality — all while expanding our capacity to provide meaningful service in the world in ways that nourish us!

The course is largely experiential and it is also a gentle academic dive into the scientific and physiologic fundamentals of balancing the neuroendocrine and musculoskeletal systems.

When you join the Flow is Medicine healing and learning space, you will be granted access to a library of recorded gatherings in which academic topics are explored at the tempo of our bodies.

We learn most powerfully through our bodies! Our bodies guide our minds, as nature intended.

Each week we join in a guided group healing experience Live on Zoom. In these deeply treasured and powerful gatherings, we explore our evolving gifts skills, experience shifts in energy and body patterns, and speak to what arises.

This is a powerful and refreshing way to learn, heal, and embody the principles of osteopathic medicine.

I receive so much from these gatherings. Saturday is my BEST day of the week, and I really notice the difference on the rare occasions that we skip a week!

Recordings of all live gatherings are shared each week, and you will always have them. Many people in our community share that they receive powerful healing from replays.

Together, we harness the power of coherence, resonance, and community to strengthen our physiology and expand our capacity to serve in the world in a way that nourishes us.

Dr. Michelle Veneziano

Dr. Michelle Veneziano is an osteopathic physician, adjunct clinical professor at Touro and Western universities, and research faculty at the California Institute for Human Science.

Her teaching integrates Continuum, Yoga, Buddhism, Qi Gong, Tantra and osteopathic principles. Her unique approach to osteopathic self care is rooted in . . .

. . . Cranial Osteopathy, a hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic practice that sources both western & eastern philosophies to support the body’s ability to heal itself.

Through studies in both Environmental Design and Traditional Osteopathic Medicine she has come to appreciate that true balance and vitality are accessed through alignment with the natural world.

Dr. Veneziano lives in Forest Knolls in Marin County, California, with her brilliant, intuitive teenage daughter Giulia who is an artist and is studying osteopathy.

“It had been a very full, fast day for me and I was looking forward to resting and returning "home" but wasn't sure how long my system would take to come back. As soon as I was on the call I just dropped right in, in a big way. I felt myself being pulled deeper and deeper into myself — I didn't want to move. At a point a thought came, "am I sleeping?" 🙂 Then, Ahhhh no, the meeting place. So good.”

“When class started I was tired and achy and it was really hard to pay attention. So I just rested. About a half hour in, as I listened out of the corner of my ear, my energy came back and I had no pain. This was really amazing, since I wasn’t trying to do anything. I felt good til then next day when I slowly started to ache again. I understand it takes time to "train our nervous system to hold coherence.” I’m really looking forward to the next class and I’m so glad we have many weekly sessions to go.”

“I felt I got a kind of a purification of all the years of dealing with traditional Western Medicine. Being a part of this group was like entering one vast healing ocean. Here's what happened for me. I started with a huge amount of tension across my back. Went into awareness with my sitting, then my breathing, then feet, then my hydration… by the end of this session my right shoulder had completely released (and that's my bad one), my breathing had deepened across my back, and a tremor in my right hand disappeared. Lovely work. A seminar in authentic being... a beautiful experience of healing/entrainment, and we're just getting started.”

“I woke up in the morning with a headache and very low energy. Michelle started class with a body scan, directing us to open our attention to our back body, which we generally ignore. I imagined through her direction that I could feel and see behind me, extending my energy into the space behind my body. Suddenly I started having wave like energy moving up and down my spine. My headache immediately went away. My ankles start rotating spontaneously and then my wrists. My hips, which are usually very tight, opened up and I was able to move fluidly in my whole body. It was a dramatic visceral experience in self osteopathy. I am so grateful for Michelle holding the energy and giving the guidance which facilitated this learning. She is a true master in her work!”

“When I came home from our first class which I did from my exam room, because it was such a busy week, I was more relaxed and smiling, it was noticeable. My family asked why and I said that I stopped, breathed and felt my surfaces, and it completely brought me to a better state of mind. My daughter who went to Johns Hopkins also loves hearing anything interesting about her school, and she was way into the heart beat at 22ft.”

“After Dr. Veneziano walked our class through a 5-minute exercise to get into the Flow State, I suddenly felt as if I had just come out of an extraordinarily healing, hour-long osteopathic treatment. My body and mind felt great—balanced, energized, free of aches and pain. Dr. Veneziano’s vast experience and deep wisdom—and her ability to communicate this so succinctly—will gift a transformative power to anyone who experiences her teachings. She is teaching us how to be our own osteopaths! And in so doing, she is providing us with the toolkit to heal ourselves in every way imaginable.”
